LandscapeHD clears all rights to broadcast in the LandscapeHD Format on a world-wide basis. If you cannot grant world-wide broadcast rights to LandscapeHD do not go any further as we cannot broadcast your video or film. 

It is our ability to broadcast anywhere in any of the host of new digital media that makes LandscapeHD unique in the television world.

LandscapeHD is not interested in exclusive rights in all media but simply the ability to distribute those films that it makes in the format that it has developed. This is called the LandscapeHD Format and as such protects artists and film makers from being exploited by third parties. As a consequence LandscapeHD films are not sold to third parties but appear exclusively in the LandscapeHD format where ever that may be.

The deal for musicians and film makers is broadly speaking the same but requires different contracts:

The paperwork side of clearing LandscapeHD tracks takes a little time because it is important that rights are cleared properly and checked. Once this is done the first time future clearance becomes very quick as a relationship develops.
